Chiari Cares can not thank each of you enough for supporting our 8th annual Lei 5k. The night was full of so many memories, great times, excellent music and most of all good company. Most importantly the weather cooperated. We want to give a special shout out Rocky Boiman, Flip Cup All-Startsto and everyone who volunteered (you know who you are).

Carnival Fun 2012
This day full of family fun at Strickers Grove Amusement Park was one for the books. Kids of all ages and their parents enjoyed roller coasters and other amusement park rides! We thank you for participating in this wonderful event.
Tell Me a Story
We started our chiari journey with Cincinnati Children's in the fall of 2001. Jacob at the time was just over a year old and he had fallen and hit his head. We were informed through a scan that he had a condition called Arnold Chiari. Our second son Dylan was diagnosed at about 9 months. With chiari when they're kids they have massive headaches that would wake them up in the middle of the night. Dylan's was neurological; he would crawl and drag his left leg and would gag on the foods he ate. Fast forward a couple surgeries and years later they are both doing well and functioning just like any other kid their age would be; both playing football at a high level and loving life.
Lighting the Way 2008
This was the first event we held. We chose an 80's theme for the night. The evening was filled with silent and live auctions, great food, and music. It was a HUGE success!
